Case studies
Every project is different. See how we help companies manage employee stays across changing schedules, difficult locations and different team sizes.
01|Renewable Energy
A renewable energy company initially needed accommodation for 10 technicians working on a three-month wind project in France. As the team expanded, technicians rotated throughout the assignment.
Weather delays made the schedule difficult to predict, while the team grew to 30 people at peak. New properties, extensions, departures, crew rotations and cleaning all had to be coordinated as requirements changed.
We continuously adjusted the accommodation setup – sourcing additional properties, managing extensions and departures, coordinating crew rotations and arranging cleaning between rotations and during longer stays.
For three months, the accommodation setup followed the project from 10 employees to 30 at peak and back down again, without the client having to coordinate multiple properties and owners internally.
02|Intralogistics
A global intralogistics company needed ongoing accommodation support for technical teams moving between logistics facilities across the Benelux region.
The team typically stays around one week in each location, often learning where they are going next only towards the end of the current assignment. This leaves just a few days to arrange the next stay.
As soon as the next location is confirmed, we source suitable options nearby, check availability, contact property owners and coordinate the booking.
The client simply sends us the next location and we take it from there, allowing their technical team to move from one assignment to the next without restarting the accommodation search every week.
03|Engineering & Mission Services
A global engineering and mission services company needed accommodation for nearly 100 employees travelling to Germany for a two-week assignment.
Local capacity was limited, and the combination of a large group, short stay and required commuting distance meant standard booking channels could not provide enough suitable options.
We expanded the search beyond standard booking platforms, using our own sourcing methods and direct outreach to property owners. By combining multiple properties, we secured enough capacity within the required area.
Nearly 100 employees were accommodated despite limited local supply, while the client received one coordinated solution instead of managing numerous individual bookings.
04|IT & Technology
An IT company needed a long-term home for one specialist relocating to the United States for eight months. The employee also specified the exact area where he wanted to live.
For an eight-month assignment thousands of kilometres from home, simply finding an available property wasn’t enough. It needed to be in the right location, comfortable for everyday life and somewhere the employee could feel secure.
We searched specifically within his preferred area and found a suitable long-term home matching his requirements. We carefully checked the property before recommending it and coordinated the booking.
The employee could travel from Europe to the United States knowing his home for the next eight months was already arranged in exactly the area he had requested.
